at a time, reading "急に深くなる", "流れは見えない", and "声は出せない". As the third lands, a
small caption fades in below: "水の事故は静かに起きる".
[Shot 3] At 00:05.400, a coral-red field wipes in from the right. A top-down flat map of a
beach fills the frame, the sand along the bottom edge and the open sea at the top. A coral-red
arrow draws itself from the shoreline straight upward toward the open sea, showing the rip
current pulling a swimmer away from the beach. A yellow arrow then draws itself strictly
horizontally, running parallel to the sand along the shoreline and never turning toward the
open sea. Large white text assembles in two stages: "流されたら" followed by "岸と平行に泳ぐ".
[Shot 4] At 00:08.000, the coral-red field wipes into a saturated yellow solution field. A flat
icon of a child stands centre frame; an orange life jacket flies in from the right and snaps
onto the child, and its buckles click shut one by one. A white outlined card slides in beneath
with the exact label "ライフジャケットを着る", and a yellow check mark stamps onto it.
[Shot 5] At 00:10.800, a bright aqua field wipes in from the bottom. Two small child icons play
at the water's edge on the left and one adult icon stands on the sand on the right. A yellow
dotted line draws itself from the adult's head straight to the two children, touching both
children and nothing else, with no other object anywhere along that line. The adult then steps
twice toward the children and the dotted line shortens. The caption "目をはなさない" assembles
beneath them.
[Shot 6] At 00:13.200, cut to a calm warm-white end card with generous negative space. Three
checklist rows reveal one after another in navy — "天気を確認", "ライフジャケット", "目をはなさ
ない" — each receiving a yellow check mark as it lands. A calm, clear young Japanese woman (S1)
says in an off-screen voiceover: <d>[Japanese] 準備をして、夏を楽しく。</d> The card holds
sharp, centred and readable until exactly 15.000 seconds.
Throughout: flat vector motion graphics only, one palette and one line weight, all Japanese
text in clean gothic type, correctly formed and static once placed, with no subtitles of the
spoken line and no other lettering.

overall_soundscape: Soft water laps and light splashes run under the whole spot, with a short
airy whoosh on each colour wipe. Rounded paper-like pops accompany each speech bubble, a pen-on
-paper stroke follows each arrow and dotted line as it draws, and two small buckle clicks land
as the life jacket closes. Light footsteps mark the adult's two steps, and a soft confirmation
chime rings on each check mark.

non_diegetic_music: Generate an original 15-second friendly Japanese commercial cue using light
marimba, ukulele, soft hand percussion and warm sustained chords at a moderate tempo, playing
